These Nucs come with our 2025 Queens that proved their ability to overwinter the nuc colony that you will receive. Our Nucs are raised and overwintered at our Warrenton, NC Farm. We don’t overwinter our Nucs in warm climates or buy and resell Nucs from the Deep South. Overwintered Nucs are scheduled to be available for pick-up March 28, 2026

All of our Nucs come with MARKED queens that are F1 daughters of our VSH Pol-line 2.2 Breeder queens and are locally mated in our Apiary. Nucs are packaged in a reusable ProNuc Box and come with about 3 frames of brood and 2 frames of resources (honey & pollen).
