We never heat our raw honey during the extraction or bottling process to maintain all of the components and antibacterial properties. Our honey is only strained to remove wax, comb and large pollen pieces therefore leaving the allergy reducing and nutritional pollen in the honey itself. The pollen is so small that you can not see it but trust us, it’s in there.
